Sharpr has launched a new OpenAI-powered Answers Engine feature. Answers Engine is a new Sharpr page where users can go to ask a question and get a summarized answer response based on the content within that hub.
Here is a short video overview on Answers Engine.
To Access the Answers Engine Page
Click the navigation (three bars) icon in the upper left-hand corner. Under ‘Content’ – you will see ‘Answers Engine’ listed (if Answers Engine has been enabled on that hub). If you do not see Answers Engine listed – ensure you are in the correct hub (one that has this feature enabled), or reach out to your account manager to have it enabled.

To use the Answers Engine
Simply ask a question in the search bar! You can use natural language or Boolean logic. The answer is based on the content within that hub – so a relevant question based on the content within the hub will render the best results.

After you ask a question – you will receive a relevant answer based on the content within your hub. On the right, you can easily see which post/document the answer is referencing, and even the most relevant page(s) accordingly.

If you are not finding exactly what you are looking for – you can always click the ‘View all insights’ link at the bottom of the page, which will bring your same question back into the full Sharpr Insights page with the post search results accordingly.
